Depot Departure (Geozone exit) reports
You can get a list of all vehicles exiting a geozone. This is useful, for example, to make a list of all vehicles exiting a depot and the precise time of the exit, or perhaps the start point of a run.
To obtain the report:
1. Log in to the GPS Tracking/Callbank portal
2. Hover over the Report tab and select "Depot Detail" (could alternatively be called "Group detail")
1. Select your desired group(s)
2. Select your dates and times. The calendars will default to the current day (whole of day), but you can choose any timeframe you wish
3. Select "CallBank Report (by group)"
4. Click "Get Report" for it to be displayed in your browser
The dropdown menu next to "Get Report" will allow you to view in browser (HTML), download a file (CSV or XML), or have an HTML and CSV file emailed to you (select "Email," type in the desired email addresses, then click "Get Report").
You will now receive a report of all vehicles which left the chosen geozone (eg. depot or departure point), the time of each departure, and the location of the first GPS position outside the geozone.
