FAQ: How do I use the IMPULSE Wireless support portal?

The IMPULSE Wireless support portal is where we track jobs and tasks, and communicate internally and with customers.


Customers may directly use the portal. We have made this available to make it as efficient as possible for you in managing support tasks with us.


You can also send an email tosupport@impulsewireless.com.auto raise a support ticket without needing to use the support portal yourself. In that case, the system will email you all responses, including an automated response with the ticket number when the initial ticket is generated. You can simply reply to these emails to respond to the ticket.


You may use the IMPULSE Wireless support portal to:

- Create a new support ticket

- View your tickets and their status

- View replies to your tickets

- Reply to us on support tickets


Company admins are able to view all tickets in relation to their company, even those tickets created by other users.


Accessing the portal

 

Log into the Customer Support portal hereEnter your credentials then click 'LOGIN'.

If you don't know your password, click "Forgot your password?" then enter the email address you use to login to the portal. Password reset instructions should be mailed to the specified address.


If you do not already have an account registered with us, click here to register for an account to access the Customer Support portal.


Otherwise, contact us on (02) 8705 3778 if you are still experiencing difficulties logging in. You may also ask usto reset your password for you.

All returns must be marked with a job or RMA number, which is obtained by filling out the RMA form at https://www.impulsewireless.com.au/returns
