The IMPULSE Wireless CallBank is a powerful system which improves business communications and enhances driver safety.

CallBank capabilities include advanced call management, GPS tracking and emergency management, and integration with other applications such as telematics, schedule and headway management, and more.


Reports help you gain a deeper understanding of your business processes, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions that can drive growth and profitability while also improving safety.


Reports can be run manually or automated, to make KPI reporting effortless and pain-free.


One such report is the Event Code report, which reports on certain status messages, or event codes. This may be used to show the number of SOS events and their location; Fare Evasion; late running; bus full; job/crib start/complete or any number of other status messages which can be set to predefined physical or on-screen buttons that drivers may press to report events, incidents or notifications.


Automated status messages may also be sent, such as excessive dwell time when not in a depot or crib area, or integration with other onboard systems.


To generate a Fare Evasion report, follow these steps once logged in to the CallBank/GPS portal:


- Hover over the tab "Reports" and click on "depot detail" (or "group detail"


- In the dropdown menu at the top left, check the boxes for your selected depot(s)

- Set the timeframe for the report using the calendar

- Select Event Code Report (By Group) and select dropdown "Valid Location" and "Fare Evasion"



- Select your desired output format using the dropdown near the bottom. For example, CSV will download a CSV spreadsheet file, HTML will display the report in your browser. If you select the "Email"  option, you can enter an email address to send an HTML-formatted email of the report



- Click "Get Report". If HTML is selected, the report will generate and load in your browser. If CSV or XML is selected, the file will download into your downloads folder. If Email is selected, an email will be sent and you will see a confirmation message.


Bus operators use our Fare Evasion, SOS and other reports to create heatmaps and other maps which help them to achieve operational excellence, improved safety, and improve KPI reporting while reducing time and costs of reporting.
