If you need to troubleshoot issues regarding the audio between your Stone Mountain BluSkye Bluetooth remote speaker microphone (RSM) and your phone/tablet, then there are some steps given below. 


This solution is especially for you if your BluSkye Bluetooth RSM is connected and working correctly with your phone/tablet but you are unable to hear sound from your RSM.


To fix this issue, please go through these steps:


STEP 1:


Go to you Impulse Wireless and tap on the hamburger menu in the top left corner as shown in the image below




Step 2:


Tap on the speaker icon as shown in the image below, which will open the audio path widget. The audio path widget allows you to set the priority of the different available audio paths.




Step 3:


Tap on the bluetooth icon as shown in the image below, to put the Bluetooth audio path as top priority:




Step 4:


You will notice that bluetooth icon has comes up to the top of the screen and has been selected as well which represented as white as shown in the image below.



Step 5:


Tap anywhere on the screen without selecting anything, to close this screen as shown in the image below, and then you will be ready to use your RSM again with your phone.
